Payment Policy
• 35% of the total amount due on confirmation of booking. • Next 35% due at least 35 days before the scheduled departure date. • Remaining 30% due at least 20 days before the scheduled departure date.
Cancellation Policy
• 6 days or less before the trip: 95% cancellation fee. • 7 to 15 days before the trip: 45% cancellation fee. • 16 to 30 days before the trip: 30% cancellation fee. • 31 to 45 days before the trip: 20% cancellation fee. • 46 days or more before the trip: No cancellation fee.
- This is a group departure tour. Guests may be required to wait at the airport until all group members arrive.
- The final tour schedule and operational details will be shared approximately 3 days prior to departure.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, operational requirements, local regulations, traffic, festivals or circumstances beyond our control.
- The Tour Leader may alter the sequence of sightseeing in the best interest of the group. No refund is provided for missed sightseeing due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Hotel check-in, check-out and special requests are subject to hotel availability and management discretion.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Additional expenses from flight delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, medical emergencies or personal reasons are borne by the traveller.
- Consumption or possession of narcotics or banned substances, or involvement in illegal activities during the tour, is strictly prohibited.
- Misconduct or behaviour affecting the comfort and safety of fellow travellers may result in removal from the tour without refund.
- By confirming the booking, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing a TCS declaration with customer passport and PAN card is compulsory.
